Well, it has been 2 weeks since I have started my weight loss venture (On my 3rd week). I have lost a total of 6 lbs. My goal is to get to 125 lbs by the end of this year or the beginning of next year. I am DETERMINED to do this. From my previous post in “Newcomers”. I am doing it the old fashion way, eating healthier and less (1200 calories) and Exercising.
Yesterday I went and bought Jillian Michael’s 30 Day shred. Boy, did it kick my butt. I was on Level 1 for 20 minutes and huffed, puffed and sweated the whole way through. I am going to keep at this and hopefully build some stamina. I also plan on adding more cardio in since the DVD is only 20 minutes.
I also bought The Firm Total Body Transfirmation. I mainly wanted the weights. Once I start it, I’ll post my experience with it.
Today, my company is starting the Biggest Loser Contest. We are weighing in, taking pictures and measurements today. Everyone participating is putting in $20.00 to join. It will be tracked for 8 weeks and at the end the winner takes the Jackpot. I’m really excited and plan on taking the winnings =P I’ll keep posting my progress.
