So I am 20 years old i was over weight as a child worked very hard to lose the weight in high school was always trying to lose a bit more but was pretty steady at 120 witch now I would be really happy with !!
I recently had a baby he is now 5 months old he is perfect all I ever wanted. unfortunitly i have been under a lot of stress with new baby and new life situations and I am now 145 pounds and at 5'2 I am not happy and feel like an odd combination between a whale and a balloon. I am going to stand up and do my best to fix that feeling and break my balloon
I am going to use this site as help and incuragement and record my thoughts everyday feel free to read comment and any ideas tricks or tips are apprishated
