My revised work out plan. Please help.

Ok so im fairly new to weight training and i was hoping for someone to give me feedback on this routine.

monday:
barbell benchpress
squats
one arm rows

Wednesday:
concentration curls
pullups/chinups
tricep kickbacks

Friday:
lat pulldown
lunges
dead weight lifts

These are the only exercises i know how to do with proper technique and form so far..

I plan to vary it every now and then since its advised to.
I eat 5 meals a day, as healthy as possible. Lots of red meats, veggies and carbs.

Expert advice needed please.
 
What are your goals? gain weight loose weight or what? There isnt a whole binch of stuff in there have you got access to the gym?
 
my goal is to gain weight, get stronger. look better ;)

i have a benchpress at home with some dumbells and weights. I am currently making a squat rack stand LOL, and i do have a bar to do pullups/chinups at home. I may start going gym in a few months but.

edit: btw are there any exercises that i can replace pullups/chinups with? well not replace right now but when i vary my routine.
 
ok so will this current routine be beneficial to my goals?

i know i can do alot better routine but i have to learn how to lift with proper technique and form for such exercises such as sumo deadlifts and other stuff.
 
How bout this, you do a fullbody routine 3x week or a upper and lower split 4 x week.

Upper

Deadlifts
Bench Press
Chinups
Chest flys
Shoulder press
Shrugs

Abs.

Lower -

Squats
Lunges
Stiff legged deadlifts
Barbell calf raise
Barbell curls
Close grip bench press

Abs.

Or choose one exercise per muscle group and do it 3 x week alternating exercises.

Honestly the best thing you can do is read the stickies on the forum and have a good read its the best way to help you reach your goals. Good luck :D
