Quick Introduction & Background
The name's Sean and I am a very out of shape Personal Trainer! I have spent the past 12 months with my head deep in various books covering all aspects of nutrition, biochemistry, hormones the human body etc alongside training clients (both online and in person) BUT I have seriously neglected myself AND my health.
(Yes, not even us PTs are good all of the time!)
The result? I used to be an althetic 12 stone lad, who could swim (competitivly) 2,000 comfortably in half hour and then wonder what to do next. I could train 3 hours MMA each and every night and feel awesome for it!
Now however, I am sat at 14 stone 3 (or 199lbs - oh so close to the 200lb mark!) can hardly swim 25 meters without my heart wanted to rip out my chest and can even survive on the rower for more than 2x500m sprints! Basically, I am at the lowest I have ever been.
The Solution
Me and a good friend of mine (now my business partner) sat down and created an online fat loss program for our clients called Project 30. It includes everything from meal planners to workouts and recipes. I couldn't miss that opportunity right?
So I signed myself up....for my own program! (Does feel weird paying yourself....)
My clients usually drop a clothing size (minimum) and up to a stone in the first 30 days, so I have high hopes for me following this! I hope I can get back to my more athletic looking self!
Although the program is only 30 days I see my journey being over 3 months so you guys will be stuck with me for a while! I have another program to try after mine, and then another in month 3 which all do different things!
(Month 3's program is hailed as the hardest muscle building plan on the net....ouch...)
So 3 months time I hope to be where I should have been 12 months ago!
Today
Today is Day 03 of Project 30 so I will post an update later today about how it is going so far!
