Hey guys, I used to have a thread here with 2 months of progress. In my photo, the left is november, the Right is last week.
I went from roughly 9st in november to 10st now.
I used to be 11st of pure fat thanks to me doing nothing but eat and play video games.
I go to the gym roughly 4 times a week, consisting of 4 sessions of HIIT training and verious weight training. I don't have much of a structure.
