my progress 212-163lbs

Well I started my diet in late October-early November 2007 and here are some images of my progress since then. The before images were taken summer 2007 so I probably looked even bigger in october. After images were taken few weeks back and they are not so fresh but its in 160s. I started going to gym about 20 days ago to build up some muscle. Anyhow here are the images.

I am 5'9". At the start I first just started it roughly and cutting my meals to half. Then later on I started roughly again calorie counting and then just added healthy food into my eating habits as I went further in weight loss. My breakfast is usually the biggest meal of the day. I have 2 eggs overeasy with some feta cheese and raw sweet peppers on the side sometime cucumbers. Thats 80% of the time my breakfast. Lunch i eat anything, mostly fish, pork, chicken and sometimes a salami sandwich. I try to avoid bread as much as possible so I would eat meat alone with some veggies. For dinner I try to eat before 6pm and its usually some fruit, baby carrots and possibly chicken soup. I drink a lot of water and mostly 30min after every meal I have. I have one pig out day out of 7 in a week (usually friday or sat) where I eat anything that tastes good and as much I want. (snacks, pizza, bbq, etc)
That should sum up my diet I guess.
 
went to the F1 race in montreal this weekend :auto:, was a crazy hot day and I ate a lot of junk food :banghead: Took lots of pics so I thought I post one of them of me with my friend, I am on the left. Still stuck around 160lbs.

So 5'9" and low 160's? Well, I guess I know what to shoot for now!
 
Hey slavke, you look great, and your start weight is where i'm at now, around 213.
Ive already lost 49 pounds and im really beginning to see the change now, but im not sure whether i should start using my weights yet to build muscle, were u doing any kind of weight training, or workouts when u started/ while u were losing weight, and also did u have any 'loose skin' problems or lack of definition, or any sort of issues?
 
I did not do any exercise or weight lifting until I lost over 40 pounds. I joined the gym about month ago and I mostly do weight lifting and some cardio. I don't have loose skin problems. When I was overweight my fat was distributed evenly across my whole body so it didn't look as bad as it was on the scale. I am lucky that most of the fat was not only around my stomach. Hi everyone. Just want say hi and that my weight has been doing well. I usually go up and down few pounds but I have been hitting gym again hard for last 6 months. Here is my latest photo as I currently sit at around 170lbs since I gained some muscle weight.
