My plan to reach my goal weight.

I am 5 feet 8 inches and am about 214 lbs. I am a male and wish to be 145 lbs once it's all said and done. Everyone says I'm big boned but I'm actually small boned. My fat just makes me look bigger than what I'm supposed to be. But anyway, I just wanted to tell everyone my plans, so here it goes.

By the end of march and early April, I want to be about 185 lb's and by the end of june I want to be about my goal weight. I wanna lose weight slow because it's healthier for you and I won't put the weight back on again as soon as I lose it. I've already lost about 12 lb's in the last month and a half and hope to keep doing a great job.

I am eating at least 2-3 meals a day and drinking at least 5-6 glasses of water a day or more. My new eating habits have helped me a lot. I'm trying to cut off of sweets almost completely and I'm trying to eat more fruit and salad. I also try to eat meat that's a little more healthier for me and try not to eat bread unless it's whole grain bread. I also try not to drink sugary drinks or eat sugary food and it seems to be working. I also walk for 3 days a week for at least 2.5 miles with a fast and brisk pace the whole way and this is also doing wonders for me.

If anybody has something better for me, please let me know.
