I'm making a new diary as i couldn't keep up with it,i've just started back at school...things are abit stressful right now.
I will weigh in once every 2 weeks and try to update =]]
i'm 5"3 and last time i weighed in i was 181lbs.I'm 14.
I havnt weighed myself for a while because being at school i think i've put some weight back on =/ so i know it'd be a downer.
I guess i'm starting again because i'm REALLY not happy with my body, it has left me with no confidence...i just want to look and feel great
I want to wear skirts and nice clothes and boys to look at me =]]
It makes me so sad.
I'm going to try and eat healthier and exercise for atleast 20mins everyday. and also drink 2l of water everyday.
I'd be very greatful if people would post any tips that have helped toward their weight loss
