Hi there,

Where to start???
Im a YO-YO dieter,have been since my son was born 19 years ago! WOW has it been that long????

I`m 37 now and would really like to back to the real world! Away from the comfort foods and to stop hiding on the couch,or behind the computer.
I want to ride a bike in the woderfull parks BC has to offer,I want to be outside enjoying myself, dont want to be out of breath when i do something,

I am getting better, I have already lost 48 pounds since starting last march and have been working out,but thats where i need to motivate myself,to workout more,i`ll do it for a few weeks then find excuses not to go,I really dont know why because I feel so damm good when I do go!!

I know posting on a forum really helps because I have done it before when I lost over 80 pounds,I gained it all back and then some!

I am now holding myself acountable as to what I have to do!
 
Wow, 48 pounds is awesome!!

Some people like to do a bit of a food diary, or just weigh in every week/few days to document how they are doing! Good way to start is by writing your height/weight/goal weight/excercise programme/food eaten/etc. Or you can be like me and just complain all the time ;)
