I have been eating the egg whites of hard boiled eggs for my mid morning and mid afternoon snack for the last two weeks and i gotta tell you guys, these things truly are incredible, one egg white has about 17 calories and about 4 grams of protein...you may not believe me when i tell you this but they will fill you up very quick, or at least curb your afternoon or mid day hunger...I don't like the yolks so I dont have any trouble not eating them, but that is where the cholesterol lives, along with some more protein. Plus they are extremely cheap in the grand scale of things, about 2 dollars a dozen, which is a whole weeks worth of snacks....i just can't seem to find anything wrong with them so I wanted to let everyone know my tactics
