my new routine, upper/lower split

well to start im 17, 5'11 and 175lbs. and im training for strength and size, is this efficient?

Day 1 - Upper

flat bench or incline bench
clean and press
face pulls
pull ups
isolation (bi, tri or rotator cuff)

Day 2 - Lower

squat
RDL
lunges
seated calf raises
abs

what do you think of this new routine? im thinkin of tryin it
ill always rest at least a day in between the two, and i have cardio and speed training for football at least once a week as well.
