my new gym program

Hi im 5,9 17 years old and 130lbs, my goal is to bulk up. Up untill recently I have had prity much the same gym routeine which is a full body workout every gym session. I would just go in and do abit on chest, biceps, triceps, calf, back etc every time. Now I have changed my gym program too the following:

Monday:

Chest/biceps and abs

wednesday

shoulders/triceps

Friday

Full bodyworkout

weekend playing some sport eg soccer, tennis

Would this program be more benificial in helping me reach my goal than doing the same old full body workout in the gym that I used to do? Also i'm thinking about having a gym cardio session on tuesdays to cut my body fat from 12% to under 10%, but i'm worried about loseing valuable muscle.
 
id get together a propper full body workout if i were you. Cant say anything about the workouts you posted, because you dont list exercises and set/reps.

Search for "full body workout" on the forum search function, you will find tons of info.
 
agree with with what karky says.
dont just go and do a bit.
get a proper workout and keep track of your weights and exercises so you know the weight is increasing.
