My neverending battle with weight

Mi name is Kat and Im 27, I live in a small town of Chile and have a beautiful 18 month old daughter.

I come from a family where 4 out of 5 is overweight so it's something Ive had to struggle with since my childhood.

I tried with all my heart to stay below the "overweight" limit but after I got pregnant I lost all control and I started to eat like there was no tomorrow.

So now Im 100 kilos and I should be 50, because Im so short (5'2) and I started dieting a week ago.

I was so desperate that I started fasting, only having some lemonade or just plain water all day, I was driving myself crazy.

I tried it all and the fasting was the only thing that seemed to be working, I lost a few kilos in a little less than a week but the price was high.

I was completely out of energy, sleepy all the time and moody, even my daughter suffered the consecuences.

So I decided to make a change, I started on may 25th with 100 kilos and next saturday I will go back to the scale to see how Im doing.

Today I eate:

Breakfast: None, but I never have any cause I never have time in the mornings.
Lunch: A small plate of beans.
Snack: GUILTY! cookies and a juice! >.<
Dinner: A small plate of beans.

I did 30 mins. of exercise, that's all I could do since Im still nowhere near a good shape and besides my baby wanted me to sit and play with her LOL tomorrow I hope to do 60 abs instead of the 50 I did today and spend at least 40 mins. doing exercise.

I will report tomorrow :) :piggy:
