My mom has recently started doing some treadmill exercises. I told her that's not enough to burn the weight she wants to burn. Also, I believe that we have very poor diets. Our breakfasts usually consist of eggs everyday, and for dinner we usually eat macaroni. Everytime we go to the supermarket we NEVER know what to buy. Can somebody please recommend a list of healthy foods we can purchase next time we go shopping? Anything to get rid of this terrible food we eat. Also, are there any good ways she can drop 20 pounds? Any specific diet regime's available on the forum? She seems really dedicated and I will try to help her figure out a good diet plan. I also want to start eating healthier but not necessarily to lose weight. Just to maintain a healthy lifestyle. We do eat A LOT of fruit though.
