My Log Starting 2/23/05

Lets see. today i did ::

100 pushups
100 situps
50 pullups
50 leg raises
5-10 minutes of HIIT because my left leg was messed up

Ate Today : Sushi. Jack in the Box ( uhh . bad but oh well ). water.

I need some comments on anything and this is my log to see if my appearance gets better? plan : lose weight / gain muscle. about 10 lbs.
 
Ok, lets see, what is your goal? Is it to lose 10 lbs of fat? or gain 10 lbs of muscle? Also what is your current weight. Unless its like 120 lbs, even by eating at Jack in the box your calorie intake was rather low (Im guessing though, I don't know how many calories are in sushi)
