My little progress

Hello everyone, I've lost some weight (about 50 pounds - which took me about 6 months) and decided to post the before and after pics. I've had some ups and downs but never really gave up. Now I go to gym 3 times a week and I really enjoy it . My new goal is to look decent for the summer.
I tried to find pics of my full body before but it's kinda hard to find any.

wow. you look a totally different man now. Much more fit and healthy. And not only that, you look handsome now. I bet you got a HOTT gf by now

what are the things you used to do in order to lose weight?

and yeah I may look like Vladimir Putin, we are both slavic, maybe that's why :)

I had a really good diet, I ate lots of proteins and vegetables and not only did I lose some weight but I felt healthier and full of energy too. Also I used to run 3 times a week before breakfast.
