my kinda progress pics...

these were taken in the morning when i always look at my best...

my weight has barely changed, but i can see a definite inc. in muscle, part my biceps and triceps.

my old pics are on the left, the 1st improvement in the middle, and the new ones on the right... i think...

my workout is as follows... i cant go to the gym 4 loads of reasons.. price, time, age, work etc so i do this at home....

morning 30 min
4 min 2nd exercise
4 min same (other side)
8 min tricep dips (10 sec down, 10 up [24 reps])
2 min 2nd exerise
2 min same (other side)
4 min tricep dips (20 sec down, 10 up, 15 d, 5 u, 15 d 5u repeat till time up)
1 min same link and ex as above
1 min same other side
4 min tricep dips (20 sec down, 10 up, 15 d, 5 u, 15 d 5u repeat till time up)


eve.
alternate biceps and stomach

bicep

1.5min push up
1min hammer curls
1 min squats
repeat till 20 min is up

abs

4 min warm up- fast but proper situps
7 min weighted crunches straight and oblique
2 min squats
7 min weighted crunches straight and oblique
4 min 1st exercise


i know its awful, but, without going to the gym, how could i improve it...

alsoo, i eat v. cleanly- 170g protein/ day, no crap/ fast /junk food 2650- 2750 kcal/day

15, ive already looked at bwc, but i cant think of a place to do their exercises- i dont have any of the sturdy poles/ benches etc...

the title is v. misleading... i know the 2 guys in the clip are gay, but the workout is one of the few i can do w/ what i got...

You should get a more structured program. So much of your success depends on how and what combinations of exercises you do.

The no going to gym thing shouldn't be an excuse right now. Most of the fitness products that are out now are focused on using body weight, free weights and at home environments, that you shouldn't have a problem bulking up.

Obviously diet is very very important...

I'd be a bit careful as to how seriously I get involved into weights and bulking up though at the age of 15. Nothing wrong with being 15, but bear in mind that your body will go through a LOT of changes in the next few years.

That's not to say not do do anything ;o) just do it wisely....
