Today I set agoal to at least walk 30 minutes, instead of sticking with computers all the time.

Eat less junkies and an apple only - for lunch.

Noon: I am going to just have an apple for lunch and will take some walk after hours of working sitting without moving.

Nice weather for the day by the way.

Uh, I recommend a tuna sandwich with that apple! :) But that's just me being bossy I guess ;) Still, you stay on here long enough and you're gonna get some great nutritional advice. I also recommend giving us your stats and goals when you're comfortable, if you'd like effective weight loss advice--lots of people are pretty damn knowledgeable on here! Hope you have a great walk!
 
Thank you Curvie. I wanted to lose 10 pounds in a month. But first I need to get my weight in my own scale which sometimes is weighing lighter than ones in dictor's office-it makes me feel better. I may keep a log of the weights everyday.

I used to have a pedometer and haven't used it for a while because the battery ran out. I may start using that again to track my steps wlaked.

Anyway, thanks for stopping by and your encouragement. I read your diary and really get excited about starting my journey to lose weight again!

Hahaha, do you mean you have yo-yo-ed?

The church at the edge of Boulder Creek always changes its sign, and this week it says this:

"SOME BATTLES MUST BE FOUGHT MORE THAN ONCE TO BE WON"

I applied it to my personal weight loss journey in my head this morning :D

Yes, going though this many times, as I mentioned in another post-trying to balance life enjoyment (food) and losing weight. --- Very difficult art.

Hey--I never viewed a balance of life enjoyment and weight management as "art," but I agree!!!
 
Shame on me. Too busy those days, I haven't recorded my weight yet. Will report back. Keep exercising...
 
Definitely keep in mind everything else you're eating... subbing in an apple for lunch may not give you enough energy to do the things you want to and also may not prevent you from snacking throughout the rest of the day. Monitor your meals, keep them small and frequent. And drinks LOTS of water. :) Sometimes you may feel hungry when you're only actually thirsty.
