Hi there...I'm new here and I'm really exited to start my weight loss journey! I am 25 yrs old, 5'6 and about 225 pounds
I plan on taking 'progress pictures' every 3 weeks!!! I am not on any particular diet because they NEVER work for me. I'm just eating healthy and going to exercise!!!!! I am also doing side crunches standing up because as you can tell I am very wide. I've been a yo-yo dieter FOREVER and I just want to stop! My main downfall is night time eating...night time hits and even if i had a healthy eating day (getting enough calories in) I still get VERY hungry
So my goal is to really focus on stopping that habit. Here are my before (current pics)...
