hey guys so i been about for abit on the forum when i get chance, i so close to reaching my goal now i can taste the sucess(wish it was choclate cake!)
so i have decided now im gonig to have a 7 week kick up the bum to get it done(also guy i like comes home in 7 weeks so i wanna look hot haha.. personal motivation)
im 5ft6 and i currently weigh 137lbs
im trying to get down to 120lbs in about 10 weeks
i have my plan of food i want to eat and my exercises program
foodwise
breakfast is going to be fruit followed by some sort of carb(whole grain toast or oat cereal) so around 300cals maximum
at lunch time i have a protein shake and another piece of friutwhich also adds up to almost 300cals
dinner time
i am planning to have something with protein such as omellete, fish chicken, with a small serving of rice or potatoe and veg or fruit afterwards very maxium of 500cals
for my working out
i train 6 days a week i like to do 1 hour of cardio, spinning running/walking, rower cross trainer)
then i do sits ups press up squats plank v sits to tone up
i also use the powerplate to tone and stretch.
im trying to vary my workouts so i dont get muscle memory! by doing different ones each day for different legnths of time and resistance which seems to be working
i am learning to swim which is exciting as thats a very good workout to although wont replace any of my gym session but will be an addition.
