my journey to 120 land

hey guys so i been about for abit on the forum when i get chance, i so close to reaching my goal now i can taste the sucess(wish it was choclate cake!)
so i have decided now im gonig to have a 7 week kick up the bum to get it done(also guy i like comes home in 7 weeks so i wanna look hot haha.. personal motivation)
im 5ft6 and i currently weigh 137lbs
im trying to get down to 120lbs in about 10 weeks
i have my plan of food i want to eat and my exercises program
foodwise
breakfast is going to be fruit followed by some sort of carb(whole grain toast or oat cereal) so around 300cals maximum
at lunch time i have a protein shake and another piece of friutwhich also adds up to almost 300cals
dinner time
i am planning to have something with protein such as omellete, fish chicken, with a small serving of rice or potatoe and veg or fruit afterwards very maxium of 500cals

for my working out
i train 6 days a week i like to do 1 hour of cardio, spinning running/walking, rower cross trainer)
then i do sits ups press up squats plank v sits to tone up
i also use the powerplate to tone and stretch.
im trying to vary my workouts so i dont get muscle memory! by doing different ones each day for different legnths of time and resistance which seems to be working
i am learning to swim which is exciting as thats a very good workout to although wont replace any of my gym session but will be an addition.

since i have been even eating better i am feeling happy my mood has really improved.today was so good i went to gym and i worked my ass off till i felt it everywhere
i did 30mins treadmill (power walking and running)
40mins on the spin bike
about 50 sits up
40 press ups
squats(lost count haha)
and other toning exercises too many to name
feeling really fresh and im starting to feel like im not fat =] my bmi is 23 so im not really anyways its jsut that last lil push til i get my flat tummy =D xx
food for today
60g cereal with skimmed milk 346calories
apple 46calories
piece of white fish with rice 281 calories
orange 38 calories
stirfry 546 calories
1257 caloies
although i really wanna cut down more i normally stick to 100 so i have gone over slightly today x
 
hey guys, so i have not been doing to good i keep bingeing for no reason i am like mega mega hungry and craving carbs!(not been giving in if im hunry i only eat fruit and drink water)
so today
bfast was protein shake with apple total of 253 cals
lunch protein shake with orange & banana im going to say around 310cals(not sur of the caloires in fruit)
for dinner i will have an omelette with beans and mackeral around the 500caloires mark
im so so hungry but im gunna resist today as ive put weight on with my stupid bingeing
i did go to the gym today although did not do as much i starting to worry im gettin to muscular around my shoulder and tummy(ive got a lil 6 pack coming through) my arms are so toned but i dnt want to look hench so perhaps i best go easy on the sits ups press up ect
do i did do some but only 30 of each!
i went on te rower for 10mins
cross trainer for 10 mins
stairs for 5 mins
and did roughly 20mins on the spinning bike
so i worked out for around an hour to be honest i worked my legs pretty hard on the spinning bikes lots of hills climb and resistance i worked them till they screamed and then some! so i feel like i have done something
im finding it difficult with running i only run for 10mins at a decent speed and my legs cramp right up and even the next day i cant run for them.
im so proud of my working out i know i ruined it with bingeing but i can see the results and its making me want to push even hard =] xx
