My Journey -THE VERY BEGINNING currently 69kg want to loose 10 kg

Hey Guys!

Well Ive always struggled with my weight...Im not considered "very big" ,but I know loosing a few pounds would definately improve my health! After a recent trip to the doctors I found out I just about made the overweight category, something I am NOT very happy about and its made me really want to change my lifestyle. About a year ago I lost 8kg but have put on about 5 again in the last 1 and a half year. I need to learn how to change my lifestyle and I really hope I can get some motivation to stay on track, exercise regularly and STOP binging. Ill include some photos :) Im the mixed one on the end (one in the black dress) this was me just after i started shedding a few pounds... as you can see im what you'd call a curvatious girl..... after loosing the 8kg however, i looked like this I felt very happy at this weight and weighed approx 60kg something that is healthy for my height..... At the moment Im like this and I feel happy with myself, however since my doctor told me I have an unhealthy BMI I want to loose approx 10kg and be considered 'slim'


My first step will be to write down Everything I eat and try and stick to a 1200-1400 kcal diet ... I will replace juice with water and continue going to Zumba classes twice a week with one day of Jogging.... I must loose a dress size , I just have too... I will include pictures as I gradually decrease my weight.. Wish me luck ! Becca
