Can I ask why you want to lose weight? You look very lean already
What's your long term goal?
 
i dont really want to lose weight im just losing weight because im exercising like crazy and i actually been eating more since i started this. especially alot more protein in my diet

my medium term goal is just to tone up all over like im doing currently then in the future i might decide to start bulking up but i never really thought of goals because i was never into serious fitness until now. my main reason for doing this is just basically to get in shape and look good and feel good about myself. i know its in my genes to have a pretty good frame because my dad was in amazing shape when he is young because he would workout and box hes still pretty good shape just a beer gut now lol and he doesnt drink lol. thats my problem rate now is the little bit of fat left on my body is in my gut. my legs, arms, even my ass lol are all muscle now i have just the fat in my gut but that will leave over time lol because i do have a pretty good set of abs under it i just got to keep on going and im fine with that. im in it for the long haul im young so if it takes time for my abs to show thats fine
 
i average now using Fitday 1651 calories a day and my break up of fat/carb/protein is 27/38/35

and currently with all weight training days i use 25 and 20 pound weights i started with 15 and 10 and i slowly move up in weight every 2-3 weeks. all my exercises use dumbbells going from basic to compound exercises. also do dips and over 4 different kinds of pushups
