I am in my early 30's and want to get back to the gym to tone up and lose around 10 lbs. I found this site so that I can log my progress and maybe get some insight on what I should be doing, and eating. I am going to go to the gym for the first time in months tomorrow morning when my kids go to school. I want to keep posting everyday so i can reflect back on what i did what worked, what didnt work, what my eating habits tend to be, and to get some support to keep going. I am a server so i do get exercise while I am working but it isnt enough. So I am going to take a peek around the site and see what has worked for others and some direction.
