Hi Guys,

I was weighing at 235pounds back in march, i have tried a lot of methods in weight loss but to no avail. Until someone taught me that you have to get your nutritional part done together with your workouts. 4 Months later i drop 48pounds !!! nothing is impossible!!

Yeah, in order for us to lose weight we really need to do the right exercise and work on the foods we eat. No matter how hard we exercise if we don't eat right and less that we used to, we really can't achieve the desired goal. Good job to you! Truly an inspiration to all who are trying to lose weight. Thanks for showing us that there is hope. We just need focus and hard works. Really, if we persevere and be consistent, there is a good outcome.
