My Home Made Workout Regime

Well past all the formal introductions here is my so called routine, advice and/or constructive criticism would be great.

2 ten pound dumbells in both arms doing 15 reps of any kind of free movement excersising biceps triceps and forearms.
<rest approx 2-3 min>
15 butterflies with same 10 pound bells (I am debating whethor or not to drop this entirely for pushups, so far i have both)
<rest approx 2-3 min)
30 curls of 35 lbs. curling bar (rest approx 1-2 min)
30 "wrist curls" , to workout the forearms (rest approx 2-3 min)
15 pushops sometimes 30 if im up to it (rest approx 2-3 min)

repeat 2 more times, 3 total

By the first set blood has gotten to my muscles and the rest of my regime is easier, and i feel the "pump"

Overall my workout regime takes one hour to complete than I go to bed.

I have no diet, I eat what is on the table and im completely natural, not even so much as a protein shake.

Diet advice would be great especially suggestions on shakes.

Thanks for reading.

Your body doesn't stop at your nipples. What about your legs? Core? Back? While this routine may show a few gains in very isolated areas, it's pretty much a waste of an hour. You can accomplish so much more in that time. You don't say what kind of equipment you have, but you should read around the forums - all of the stickies - and get some other ideas.

My equipment consists of 1 curling bar and 2 dumbells with a 4 10 lb. weight attachments along with two 5's. Well I do realize that my body does extend below my nips but I dont know any workouts that could excersize my lower body with my equipment I have. However though I mainly want to work out my upper body. Or is it just a myth to yield any results that way.

Here are some (61) exercises using only body weight:

and just for good measure, here you can find a bunch of dumbbell exercises:

I'd really reconsider only working out your upper body. At some point, I am guessing, you will find that isn't working for you for one reason or another (and there are a lot of reasons it probably won't in the long run). Either way, I hope this helps and good luck.
