My goals

I have started off with some small goals, that I hope will lead me to the bigger goals that I have in mind. The first one is to stop drinking caffeinated soda. So far I am two days good on that one!! :D Eventually I want to stop drinking pop all together.
The second it to cut out candy and cookies. This one is proving a little bit harder. But I am giving myself time. After all this is my second goal. I want to accomplish one thing at a time. That way I don't feel like I am giving up everything at once.
My third is to get back into working out. Start out simple, and work my way up to my old habits. I have some dvd's called 10min workouts. They are great, you can pick one segment or mix and match. Work on your problem areas.
Anyway I thought that it was improtant for me to actually write them out. Make them more real. If that makes any sense.
