My Goal for summer

Day 21

(friday)
i havent been on the computer, but i wrote it down so i could update this.

Breakfast. cottage cheese with pears
Lunch. Vegetarian chicken wrap with celery. yum. with a small Cesar salad.
Snack. popcorn
Dinner. Vegetable panini (uno how to spell. got it from cultures, a restaurant.) it had a little feta, zuccini, erd pepper, and green pepper Yuummm!
Snack. a smoothie.(fat free yogurt, mixed berries, orange juice. )
 
Day 22

(saturday, once again i wrote everything down.)

Breakfast. cottage cheese and pears
lunch. Cesar salad with fake chicken. Yogurt. crystal light.
Snack. popcorn(hahah i always have popcorn...)
Dinner. Boca Burger, ketchup, mustard, onion , tomato

i only had one beer, i wasn't feeling so good so i decided not to finish my 8pack.
 
Day 23

I need to weigh my self.. i need to buy a new scale.

Breakfast. cottage cheese and pears.
Lunch. Small who0le wheat wrap with fat free cream cheese(i didnt use a full tblespoon, it was 20 cal. ) and a little big of shredded cheese, onion, tomato, letuce . and a smoothie: cranberry juice, ice, mixed berries. YUM. and healthy ;)



30min elliptical.
20 min bikes
and other weight stuff.

Day 24

Breakfast. smoothie.
Snack. curves bar, banana
lunch. mini whole wheat wrap with:fat free cream cheese, letuce, tomato, apple, water, thinsations
Snack. Pumpernicle bread..
Dinner. Taco salad. water.

i just had 2 glasses of water.YUM!

so i was talking to my mom,. she says shes noticed alot of difference on me, my arms, hips, stomach. that makes me feel good

I HOPE i'm still not 140.. i haven't weighd myself. i really want to, but iuno how to use the scale at the gym.. and i dont know where my scale at home is. ugh

lunch. taco wrap(fake beef with taco seasoning, letuce and cheese.) crystal light
snack. thinsations, water.
dinner. vegetarian chicken , green beans, potatos . dessert. popcicle, water.
