my dumbell workout

at the moment im not old enough to get into the gym so i have to make do with dumbells. this is my workout that i took from an internet search. im relatively new to weights so any advice would be great.

workout 1 - chest, shoulders, triceps, forearms
dumbell bench press 3 sets of 10
dumbell shoulder press 3 sets of 10
one arm dumbell tricep extensions 3 sets of 10
dumbell lat rasies 3 sets of 10
forearm grips 2 sets of 50

workout 2 - back, biceps, legs
one arm dumbell rows 3 sets of 10
bicep curls 3 sets of 10
step ups 2 sets of 50
calf raises 2 sets of 50
squats 2 sets of 50
