Hi ,
To all of you, I am 23 yrs. old and 22 kgs. overweight ,i have started my weight loss from this very day:) ,i will be updating my diary every week,hope to get awesome reducing scale;) .

1st Week

Starting Weight- 72 kgs
Current Weight - 71 kgs.
Date- 15/01/2007
Exercise- 1 hour of brisk walk for 7 days without fail.
 
ohh man you were doing so well chik!
were are the updates?
i would really like th seehow you are doing -all that exercise must have lead to some postitive results..

Day 1

Exercise- 20 min. of cycling at level 8,programme -Hill
Breakfast- 1 glass of skimmed milk + 2 t.spoons of nutritional drink + 1 apple.
