I want to lose an extra stone..

6 weeks Because I go back to School then, and want to show my friend's my new body

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?

I want to be able to know I can do the Plan and not feel like i cant do it.
I want to be confident with the plan. No "I cant" Becuase I can :]


-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

My nan and grandad, They go to the group with me

-- How realistic is your goal?

It's only relistic if you make it that way.-- When will you start?
