i am 33 years old, 5 feet 4 inches and weigh 92 kgs. i also suffer from diabetes and am currently on metformin. because of my work which involves night shifts my diet is the main culprit.
i need help and support to change my eating habits and get active. i am starting right now. today, 14th august i am starting to change.....

Welcome nonu! Exercise is a great start. Since you have diabetes, I think it would be best to change your diet slowly, you don't want to mess up your blood sugar. Best of luck on your weight loss journey! As far as always being hungry, maybe you want to try eating more protein.

Hi nonu & welcome to the forum. I agree with butterfly. You do need to be careful & change your diet slowly. Protein is the best filler. I have protein with every meal & rarely get hungry. I tend to snack on protein if I do. Have you been given a diet to follow by your doctor/dietician?

Hi Nonu! Welcome to our little corner of the digital world. Consulting with your physician is always a good idea when you have health issues, but in the case of diabetes it´s mandatory. Sure you know that already, but I always feel I need to mention it online :) Good luck on your journey!
