I decided I want to record what I eat and drink each day, so that it keeps me on track and held accountable. Also, what my workout consisted of. I figure if I have to share it with others, I will stay on track. I have struggled the past 3 days, and am now back on track.
Today's diet:
yogurt with fiber 1 cereal/banana (200 cal)
apple (50 cal)
Bran breakfast bar (150 cal)
Fiber 1 cereal with milk/peach (250 cal)
2 hardboiled eggs (200 cal)
1 tangerine (50 cal)
special k bar (80 cal)
apple (50 cal)
total calories: 1030
Exercise:
45 minute weight training class
50 minutes of cardio (bike, running, eliptical)
Alcohol: none
