I had posted a thread over in another section asking for help and was on the brink on starting my diet/exercise. When tragedy struck, a totaled car and 10 stitches later, I'm here to help get the motivation to strive to my goal.
Currently I'm 6'1, 250lbs, 18 year old college student. I work 40 hrs a week and attend a local University. I'm hoping to get around 180, then tone and cut from there.
But it's really a big leap for me to post a picture as I'm very ashamed of my body and not many people have seen me with my shirt off.
So here goes, and yeah, I should've shaved my stomach before hand. Sorry!
Also please feel free to share any advice as I feel I can use all the help given.

Hi PJay Glad to see that you are on the forum! You've come to the right place for advice, encouragement, and inspiration. It will be of great help to you to get a plan in place for how you are going to cut down on your eating or switch what you are eating, as well as figure out how you are going to fit exercise into your (very!) busy schedule. Having a plan is much more important even than having will power, in the long run.
