My current state

I've put it off for a good 2 months since joining up, but I've now decided to put up some images. One of the main reasons I didn't is because I'm so damn white. But I put that down to genes, as most of my family is mainly white too. We find it hard to tan and I really want to have a body to be proud of, no matter the colour.

Besides, I'll soon have the confidence to take my top off and allow more sun to my skin to tan better!!

My current goal is bulking on the muscle, then cut and tone once I'm happy with my size.
I have no idea what my bodyfat is at, but I do know in the past 8 weeks I have lost some, and will continue to lose more as the weeks go by. I am now putting on weight at a steady rate and am sure it's not fat, but muscle.

I have read stuff about how to make your abs visable through low body fat and certain exercises, but everything is pretty much jargon to me at the moment, so maybe a push in the right direction in terms of form and stuff needed to do these excercies?

Your not that white mate! Def. Keep bulking. Abs are obtained through low bf% but also through abdominal exercises, I definitely didn't get mine through losing weight. I just did situps and crunches 3 times a week for a month and all the sudden they came. I actually gained weight while doing it.
 
I'm about 5'10" I think and I weigh 161lbs.

Thanks for saying I'm not that white, woodt, but I kinda feel as though I am compared to others! But I put that down to the Polish genes in me.
