It is easy to find workout plans out there, but I never know what I should strive for.
I need advice on how I am doing and what I should work into my current routine. Back, maybe?
Any help is appreciated. I am 5'4" and 120.
3 days/week
Assisted pullups (10 lbs) - 36
Incline dumbbell press (30 lbs. each) 24
E-Z bar curl (40 lbs.) 12
barbell curl (30 lbs.) 20
squat rack (70 lbs.) 24
shoulder press (50 lbs.) 10, (45 lbs.) 20
close grip lat pull (40 lbs.) 33
intervals on elliptical only 2 days/week - 30 min. I hate cardio!
