I wanted to start a log of sorts to lose weight so i figured this is a pretty good place to do so. I've been telling myself to go on a diet all summer (mine started beginning of june) but each time I do so it I never set down any goals, and so I end up stuck at my current weight.
As of tonight I weigh in at 208 lbs and stand at just a little over 5'6 feet tall.
I am one of those emotional binge eaters. I don't eat because I get hungry, it's more of automatic reaction to frustration, depression, and anxiety.
Two years ago I did weighed around 180, and I was really happy from that weight and get compliments when people see pictures of me like that.
Anyways, I hope to do daily goals for myself and weigh in weekly, though it's so hard to resist weighing in daily, and that just becomes depressing.
So, it is friday night right now. Goals for saturday:
Two fifteen minute walks outdoors.
Clean up my bedroom.
Limit myself to eating three times a day only. Breakfast between 8-10am. Lunch between 12-2pm and Dinner between 6-7pm.
So, no more weighing-in until next week friday. Let's see how this goes.
