my chest

well i have read things on here bout my problem and have tried some of the solutions but i still seem to have the problem. when i bench press (flat and inclined) i just dont seem to be feeling much in my chest. when i flex i can feel the muscle to a certain extent and i have gone up a lot on the bench since i started but it just seems like my chest isnt growing like my arms/legs/abs/etc are. i see more of an increase in my triceps, are my hands just too close together? ive tried spacing them a bit but im not sure if this is helping or hurting my problem
 
Yep. When you bench press, the closer you're grip, the more tension you place on the triceps. ie you work your triceps more. The wider you get them (not too wide) the more it works the chest.

You might want to do other excercises for your chest, such as DumbBell press or flies for instance.
 
I agree, it does sounds like you are using to narrow of a grip and diffently give the DB bench a try I think you will become a fan of them.
