Hi, I just found this website and am hoping it will help to keep me motivated to lose the weight I want to lose. *crosses fingers*
I'm giving the Scarsdale Medical diet a whirl and seeing where it takes me.
I'm at about 268 right now (I haven't weighed myself yet. I'm doing it tomorrow morning). I am hoping to get down to 180...of course 170 or 160 would ROCK but 180 would be just fine with me. I used to horseback ride a lot and I would love to get back into it, but the trail riding place has a weight limit of 230 and so I am hoping to get down to that really soon so I can reward myself for losing the weight with a 2 hour trail ride. =)
