My before

I everyone my name is Alex. I've been struggling with my weight for some time now. I was a skinny kid 5,10f and 140 lbs when I started high school I gained allot of weight I graduated weighting 220 lbs same height. I've decided to get in shape when I started college last year. I was able to get down to 170 lbs but I sadly gained back most of the weight. I currently weight 202 lbs, enough is enough I want to live a healthy life I've decided to set a goal weight of 160 lbs for now and maybe a little bit more once there we’ll see. But most importantly I want to make sure that I stay there this time. Here are some before pictures I will keep you guys updated on my process.
 
How many calories do you think you eat per day?
What made you decide to lose weight?

Good question I rarely eat breakfast I tend to snack mostly during the day at school. The damage is when I get home at night I tend to eat allot and go to bed after which i know is really bad. I'm not sure about the calories. I've decided to lose weight since most of my clothes don't fit anymore and obviously i want to improve my health but I would be lying if I did not say that I want to improve my looks.
 
Hey, there's no shame in wanting to improve your looks, many of us fit into that category. I knew when I started walking past the mirror from the shower holding my hand over my eyes it was time to get busy. :ack2:

Starting again

after losing a nice amount of weight i lost control and gained it all back and more.

so i'm starting again at 221 lbs.
