This is a minor before-during change I've had. The light pink top pictures were taken in March 2009... my umpteenth weight loss effort.
The 'slimmer' ones were taken in April 2010. In that one year, I had done some aerobics, some running (participated in a 7k
) and some kickboxing.
Recently I've started doing Beachbody's Insanity. Just done two weeks, and there aren't enough changes. Hopefully after the full 63-day round is up... I'll have another set of 'in-betweens' to show

neck: 13"
bicep: 11.5"
wrist: 6"
bust: 35"
below the bust: 31.5"
waist(at narrowest): 30"
belly(at navel): 35.5"
belly(at largest point): 38" (urk!!!)
butt: 40"
thigh(at biggest point): 24"
calf: 15"

Some help with the arms please!! i LOVE toned arms and shoulders but inspite of numerous pushups... my arms don't seem to reduce. it is slightly hereditary as well. SO ANNOYING!!!
