My before and semi-in-betweens!! :D

This is a minor before-during change I've had. The light pink top pictures were taken in March 2009... my umpteenth weight loss effort.
The 'slimmer' ones were taken in April 2010. In that one year, I had done some aerobics, some running (participated in a 7k :D) and some kickboxing.
Recently I've started doing Beachbody's Insanity. Just done two weeks, and there aren't enough changes. Hopefully after the full 63-day round is up... I'll have another set of 'in-betweens' to show :D

These are the changes in measurement...

March 2009
weight: 70kgs (154lbs)

neck: 13"
bicep: 11.5"
wrist: 6"
bust: 35"
below the bust: 31.5"
waist(at narrowest): 30"
belly(at navel): 35.5"
belly(at largest point): 38" (urk!!!)
butt: 40"
thigh(at biggest point): 24"
calf: 15"

March 2009
weight: 64kgs (141lbs)

neck: 12.5"
bicep: 11"
wrist: 6"
bust: 34.5"
below the bust: 28.25"
waist(at narrowest): 28"
belly(at navel): 32.25"
belly(at largest point): 35"
butt: 37.75"
thigh(at biggest point): 22.5"
calf: 14"

So... thats like a total loss of about 18" :D
I've lost a couple inches more... but not enough to post on here... yet.
Some help with the arms please!! i LOVE toned arms and shoulders but inspite of numerous pushups... my arms don't seem to reduce. it is slightly hereditary as well. SO ANNOYING!!!

a lot of "against your own weight" sort of exercises for the upper body work best for me. Like push-ups, pull-ups, dips, etc. However, I have been using some stability ball routines for my upper body that use light weights, and a lot of rolling the ball and it makes my arms feel like rubber, so I would def. recommend that as well. Good luck!

hey nekoramen :) yea i do all that... and i can feel the muscle when i flex and stuff, but the fat layer around it REFUSES TO LEAVE!! i HAVE to clean up my diet! dammit :p
