Firstly, would love to say hi to everyone who is reading this. Then, I´ve got to say that English is not my first language so I´d like to excuse myself for all the horrible mistakes I will be committing.
My name is Natalia and I´ve been struggling with my weight since I can remember. Two years ago I fell in love and decided to change my life and become the best version of myself I could possibly be. I thought that in order to get someone else to love me, I had to love myself first right?
I started dieting almost two years ago, in November 2010. Back then I was 95kg (209lbs) and after a lot of hard work I reached 65kg (143lbs) (August 2011). I did not have any procedure done, just dieting and cardio.
However, a couple of months ago my goals changed. I´m already in a healthy weight but I would love to be even healthier so I started to read a lot about fitness, sports nutrition and is not my goal to be lean and have a lower body fat percentage.
Right now I´m 60kg (132lbs) with a 24% of body fat, which is just on the limit of a normal woman. My goal is go eat and train properly to lose fat while keeping my muscle tissue.
Even if many of you guys may think it does not sound as hard as losing a lot of weight I do believe is way more difficult, because it only does not require a calorie deficit but also a good work out program and tons of healthy food of course DISCIPLINE.
So, this is my journal where I will keep posting my advances and a bit about my personal life. I´m available if you wanna ask me any question and everyone here has all my support on their fight to become healthier.
Kisses, Nat
