MY ARMS!!! please help!

hey everyone...ok so heres the thing, im skinny, well not TOO much, but skinny, the thing is, ive been doing gymnastix for a while now, ever since i was lil and my parents nvr had really thin arms...but my arms r not soo much muscular, although they r a lil but theyre big, and im a skinny girl and big arms do not look good on a skinny girl, i need help on wut i could do to make them skinnier, ANYTHING PLEASE!!! IM DESPERATE i wont even wear shirts that show my arms anymore..i hate them!! please help on wut i CAN do and not so much on wut i should not do!!! thanx so much!! bye!
 
If you're concerned about muscular arms - Gymnastic sport places stress on your joints, bones, ligaments, tendons and muscles. Your body's reaction is to strengthen itself to prevent injury from these stresses. Therefore, bones become denser, ligaments tendons & muscles become stronger. If you stop what you're doing, your muscles will weaken. I'd recommend doing muscle stretching & lengthening exercises (daily) to lengthen out the muscles in your arm if you feel they look too bulky/bulging. (I assume you're talking about your upper arm - biceps/triceps)Personally, I think a little muscle is awesome!
