My 196 and 173

This was at about 196

and these are about 173ish.

I am on the rigt;-)

So now I have lost about 26.5lbs. I wore a 18 in jeans and I am now down to a baggy 12=) Instead if an XL in shirts my L are kind of big

I am at about a 28lbs loss right now. I went to FL to visit my b.f and I didn't gain weight so I was very happy about that. We ate out every day too and I didn't exercise the whole time I was down there.
