I work out about 3-4 days a week circuit training. These past few days it seems like my right side seems to not be developing like my left side. Btw, I'm righthanded. After working out for a couple of hours, my left side will feel good and worked but my right will feel normal. I tried training my arms independently, i.e dumbells, to make sure i wasn't compensating with my left but its still the same. Am I doing something wrong?
