"muscle up"

Ok I had never heard of this exercise, called a "muscle up" till I asked you guys about the "real world" workouts and yall reffered me to the site where I discovered what it was...and...i thought i was in shape...tried one...and felt beyond pathetic :mad: ...and i was wondering how many of you can do them, and if theres anything worthwhile to do to help build up to it? Thanks!

I can almost do them on my rings. There are lots of progressions you can do to make you better at them. If you don't have rings, doing it on a bar is going to be a lot tougher. I doubt that many people can get a muscle up on their first try.
