Hey, when i use to start my weight training the next day i would be pretty sore on the areas that i worked on and for the rest of the day my arms would feel quite heavy.
But now (and pretty much for a long time), i dont feel any pain the next day and they feel fine for the rest of the day. Obviously the weights have been increasing altho reps n sets have stayed the same. I have also tried new excercises as i read your muscles get use to the 'regime' and then your body slows down in terms of fat loss n muscle gain.
So, i just wanted to know am i doing the right thing when i stop working? The wieght i have it on is so that the last rep is near impossible, do i want to carry on till my arms and wotever part im working is pretty much dead? Or is this just a sign of muscle growth?! Cheers
