Hi all, i have been drinking a protein Shake called Muscle Milk once a day ( after workouts) for the past 2 weeks. I have noticed a definite increase in strength since i have started taking it, but maybe its all in my head? Does anybody else in here drink Muscle Milk, and if so, how has it helped ( or not helped) you? Oh and for further information i weight 170 lbs, take creatine, and have been lifting for 5 years.
