Muscle milk?

Hi all, i have been drinking a protein Shake called Muscle Milk once a day ( after workouts) for the past 2 weeks. I have noticed a definite increase in strength since i have started taking it, but maybe its all in my head? Does anybody else in here drink Muscle Milk, and if so, how has it helped ( or not helped) you? Oh and for further information i weight 170 lbs, take creatine, and have been lifting for 5 years. Hope that helps.
 
It's all in your head. Muscle milk tastes great, but your better off saving about 15-20 bucks a tub and getting a run of the mill protein shake with low fat and low carbs imo.
I gather from more experienced lifters on this board that muscle milk is a waste of money as well. For the taste, it's hard to beat. But, I drink protein shakes for the protein and not all that other junk that muscle milk has in it.
