muscle locks

hi, i'm 14 yrs old, 104 lbs and eating my proper nutrients. I've weight lifted this week without warming up n stretching. I did 100 curls (2 sets) like 3 days ago, then tomorrow my arms were starting to get sore. Day after that they're locked and i can't bend em straight. So i'm wondering...how long will it take me to recover? Thanks, yeah i'm stupid but want to get to my summer goal to gain 120 lbs.

I've had that happen before. I've had that happen recently actually. I was soo amped to get back in shape that I forgot to take it easy until my muscles got used to the punishment. I couldn't work out for three days afterward, so I'd say pushing yourself like that isn't worth it.
 
yeah, I learned I shouldn't push myself, lol, but how long would it take me, cuz it's been almost 4 days. If it's been like 2 weeks, should I get a doctor?
 
GEEZ!!! HOLY HOLY HOLY HOLLLLY CRAP!!! My dad put bengay on my left arm and started stretching it. IT HURT LIKE HECK. Well, this topic is done anyways.
 
I'm not an expert, but I don't think a trip to the doctor is necessary. I'd suggest the idea to your parents if the problem persists too long (maybe 5 days or more). Like I said, I'm not an expert, though. I just let my body rest and stretched every now and then when it happened to me. Just avoid doing anything too strenuous until you heal.
