Hey guys, this probably has been mentioned before....but please read on my specific situation before commenting.
I've been working out for 7 years...have the 8 pac, have everything.
Seems like to have a defined front, you must work your front muscles, forcing you to balance by working your back muscles.
Basically my chest is so big that if i slouch, they look like man boobs, if i stand straight, they look cut and perfect.
Same with the stomach, if you lean back, the definition reveals itself, if not, then the stomach fat covers it.
So I devote the last 2 years to working out my back right....my tricepts to pull my arms back....my lats....my lower back by doing extensions....rear delts by doing the butterfly...
I've gone to the point where when im on the aerobics machine, I push my back BACK so I LEAN BACK conciously. I know it looks funny and ridiculous...but....w/e
I'm going for that lean, defined, lean back model look....kinda like a triangle.
I still have to consciously improve my posture. Is there any exercises I can do that will make me naturally lean back while I walk? Or does it have to be a constant struggle?
