muscle grouping

Just wondering if there is any specific or better way to group your muscles together during your workouts

for example, right now I do Chest, shoulders, and abs on mon,wed,fri, and I do

back, triceps, and biceps on tues and thursday, along with legs

is this alright or should I change how i group them??

Personally, i really thing you should adapt whole body training and train around 4 days a week instead. Providing you work out properly, this will give you better results.

Notice on your programme for example how the biceps are only worked twice a week and the shoulders three times. doing a full body workout with allow all the muscles you train to be worked 3 or 4 times a week, with each day after you train allowing all your muscles to repair and collect the nutrients for maximal results.

So how would that work?? Would I go like Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sunday, or just four days straight like mon-thurs.
